Over at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, the pools are perched right over the beach, including the adults-only infinity pool with swim-up bar. We're also huge fans of the rooftop pool at Hotel El Ganzo, which gives way to dramatic views of the ocean.

Itching to tour the region? Hit the road and visit the charming town of Todos Santos, located about one hour north of Cabo San Lucas. With a population of just 5,000, this hidden gem still manages to pack in a wide variety of unique experiences, particularly when it comes to art galleries, restaurants, and shopping options.

Meanwhile, with frequent art and music festivals, affordable lodging, and world-class surfing, couples will quickly see why this destination was named one of Mexico's "magical towns."

The region boasts scenic rock formations, emerald green water, and ample wildlife, such as sea lions, birds (the surrounding area boasts more than 400 species), and multi-colored fish.
