It has been a dream of mine to fly the furthest from anywhere I've ever known. To experience the stars from a different point of view, to discover the terrains of the earth all in one location with the one I want to spend the rest of my life with, all of my days sharing new ways to love this life, together. We have found New Zealand to be the greatest symbolism for the commetment of love in marriage as it has the high mountain tops where you can see far into the world around you, like the good days of life when everything is bright. New Zealand also has deep dark caverns where you have to really try hard to find the light of a glow worm, as will be some of our days when we will feel blind to see the light in the darkness. New Zealand contrasts again with their cold unforgiving Glaciers ever changing pathways and their hot Volcanos exploding with burning magma, our intimate passions for each other and our human weaknesses will contrast thoughout our lives as we live as one. The forrest thick of trees, full of directions, decisions can be overwhelming one can feel lost in their walk without a compass and a map. Into the deep blue seas, when our intellect provokes thought about unforeseen knowledge. Exploring cultures of the world and their history of how they came into society, what is our place amongst many men? Then finally the solitude beaches full of natural beauty, gives oppertunity for self reflection to discover who we were born to be, allowing freedom within ourselves, within each other, to rise up like the tides, to become the fullest me we can be. It is my hope as we encounter each of these aspects that we take time to deepen our vows, our commitment to each other, as we intend to walk along side each other for all of the days of our lives and in doing so we know that we do not have to do it alone, we are not without a map we do have guidence, we know that our creator is preparing us to be the husband and wife He would have us be. On that long flight there is no turning back.
