We're going to Italy, France, and Switzerland!

Thanks for visiting and we can't wait to see you on our big day!

For our one year anniversary we went to Costa Rica, and thoroughly enjoyed spending our days at the beach but hated the sunburn blisters we got one forgetful day. For this trip, we plan to be smarter about reapplying sunscreen while touring southern-central Europe and getting very sore feet.

Must do's in Europe:

Boat ride through Venice
Go sailing in Portofino (Italy)
Gain lots of pasta weight in Italy
Train ride through the Swiss Alps
Angelina's for hot chocolate in Paris
Spend at least three days at the Louvre
French cooking classes (oooh, the butter)
Find at least one archaeological site to visit

Teleportation isn't trustworthy, so we'll be flying between continents and traveling by train once we reach Europe. Home -> Paris -> Loire Valley -> train ride through Switzerland -> Venice -> Portofino -> Rome -> home.

According to legend, a king threw a handful of mini castles onto a map of his kingdom, and each became a real castle. Jenna doubts her French teacher believed the tale either, but it doesn't matter. The Loire Valley is fascinating and full of castles.
