For our first year of marriage, we are embarking on an amazing adventure and moving to Jerusalem for study and exploration.

This will be Stu's first time visiting Israel as an adult and Annie's return to Pardes after a year of study there in 2009-2010. Annie will be working towards her Aleph rabbinic ordination in the Pardes Experiential Educators Program and Stu will be fulfilling a lifelong dream to study and experience Jewish life in Israel for (almost) a full cycle of the Jewish Calendar.

We plan to begin our journey with Sheva brachot among friends and family in Jerusalem, then we both start school at the end of August
.
While in Israel, we will have opportunities to go on trips all over the country with Pardes and to do some exploring on our own.

We imagine that this year will be one of learning, growth, and exploration for both of us.

Since we will be moving so soon after our wedding and spending our first year of marriage abroad, if you would like to give us a gift, we prefer not to receive any material gifts that would need to be stored or transported with us.
