We have lived together in Oakland (with our loving pup Boxcar) for coming on 3 years now. Because of this, nearly all of our day-to-day essentials are already in use in our lives. We have simple tastes that don't call for fancy china, expensive linens, etc. What we really need is the opportunity to travel the world and gain some experiences to take us into the biggest adventure of our lives to date: marriage!

That is why we are asking for our wedding guests to gift us with funds for our upcoming honeymoon to London and Barcelona. We have plotted out many of the sights we want to take in, and will obviously fill every moment we can truly experiencing these new cities and countries. The prices seem exorbitant, trust us we know. But with the mighty, mighty, mighty US Dollar in the exchange rate, we will be spending more than usual on everything we plan and hope to do! Every dollar will be magically cut in half before we get our hands on Pounds and Euros.

HOSTELS - Weddings are times for champagne tastes but we prefer to stick to our normal beer budget selves. We'll be exploring London and Spain via hostel. Nothing like a foreign roof over our newlywed heads!

BIKE TOURS - If we can manage the hills of San Francisco riding a bike in a foreign country should be pretty easy! It's one of our favorite past times and will be a great way for us to spend a half day exploring (and burning off some of that champagne).

AMUSEMENT PARK - The Parc d'Atraccions is Barcelonas 1950's amusement park atop the highest hill within the city limits. We want to go on unlimited rides (or at least as many as our stomachs can take).
