Hello friends, family, and future families-in-law! Thanks for stopping by at our honeymoon registry. We want to say up front that your presence at our wedding celebration is the best gift we could ask for. We are so excited to see you all on July 1st, and we appreciate the time, effort, and expenses of traveling that many of you are giving to be with us on our special day. Thank you! We are so excited to party with you all and get to know our new family members and friends!
As for the registry, some of you may be wondering where all of the dishes, pots/pans, and appliances are. Well guess what? We got 'em! Seriously, we have furnished two apartments (sometimes once and twice over!) for the past 5+ years with plenty of junk, er, household items, and as it is we will be hard-pressed to combine our two households into one.
So what do the newlyweds with two toasters, two blenders, and four sets of dishes do? I'm glad you asked! This honeymoon registry will help provide us with the vacation of our dreams as a newly-married couple. Our honeymoon will undoubtedly be the most memorable vacation of our lives, and we are excited to share the planning process with you! This registry allows you guys (yes, YOU!) to pick the activities and experiences we will enjoy on our first week of marital bliss.
As a thank you for your help and support, look for a postcard of us enjoying the gift that you so graciously provided. We will send you a picture and description of us, say, attending the show, visiting the sight, or eating at the delicious restaurant that you helped us experience! We think that's significantly more exciting than a picture of us stirring our glasses with personalized iced tea spoons or something.
We look forward first and foremost to the gift of your presence at our celebration of marriage. But if you feel so compelled, here is a gift registry that we hope is a lot of fun!
