As many of you know, we have very much already started our lives together. We have been marching merrily along the road since the birth of our fabulous son, Rowan. Our wedding is going to be a small, easy-going affair. We didn't feel like a big wedding was right for us, and instead we want to take a trip together. We've been working hard these past few years to raise our child, create a home for our family, and learn how to love one another. We're excited to be formalizing our union, and even more excited to be able to go on a honeymoon, relax, and spend time by ourselves for the first time in a LONG time. We don't need dishes, we don't need linens, we don't need monogrammed champagne flutes! We need help making our dream honeymoon a reality. We are very excited to be spending a week in Montreal. We will stay in an apartment hotel in the center of the city, where we will be able to prepare many of our own meals and take advantage of the many things to do, see and eat downtown. We plan on spending the week exploring the city - visiting Old Montreal, the botanical gardens, a museum or two - and taking it easy. We will take the train, and are looking forward to a car-free week, relying on public transportation, rented bicycles, and our feet to get around. We can't wait!
