First let us start by saying that we are truly blessed to be able to share our wedding day with all our friends and family...and Randal apologizes for the wait! With only a few short months left to go till we become husband and wife, I managed to drag Randal out for some registering of items and he happily agreed as long as he got to hold the gun though there was a little whining that it didn't come with a holster :) Once we started walking through the stores, we realized that we truly didn't 'need' anything. Sure, would one of those meat handle shredder thingies be cool? Yes! But have we been missing out on life without one? No! So creating a household registration wasn't going to work for us...a new plan was needed.

After buying our first house two years ago and becoming true house renovators ourselves (thank you house built in the 1960's) we realized what we really wanted most was a place we didn't need to paint, grout, drywall, or demolish just for a few days. Neither one of us has ever vacationed out of the country where sand and water are a delight...and no Ocean City doesn't count! Through tips and ideas from our friends and families, we settled on Jamaica; an island that offers enough stuff to keep us busy (really just me) but also the quiet and down time we (really Randal) required. It seems to be the best of both worlds.

Hence, we decided to create a travel registry which does two things really. It allows our family and friends to follow along on our adventures or experiences while we are in Jamaica but also gives everyone an opportunity to really become a part of our trip (not literally though so don't get too excited) by helping us pay for parts and pieces that would mean something!

We cannot wait to see everyone at the wedding and share our special day with you. And thank you for helping to create our dream honeymoon!
