Join us in celebrating our new chapter as we embark on a romantic journey to Greece for our honeymoon! In lieu of a traditional registry, your contribution to our honeymoon fund will help create cherished memories as we explore the stunning landscapes, indulge in delicious cuisine, and immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of Greece!

Although there are many islands and cities to check out in Greece, we have narrowed it down to a few beautiful and historical locations.

We will start the journey by flying into Athens and spending a few days there getting the lay of the land and visiting some of the must-see sights such as the Acropolis, Parthenon, various museums and gardens, etc. Chris will finally be able to use all of his knowledge he learned in his Greek Mythology class at UofM!

After Athens we will be starting our island hoping journey. We will begin by going down to Naxos, which is located in the heart of the Cyclades island group. Naxos is known for its abundant beaches and beautiful scenery, along with delicious cuisine. All things we look for when planning for our perfect honeymoon! Here we hope to do a cooking class, have a boat day (our most favorite activity) and hopefully make a day trip over to Paros, another beautiful island in the Cyclades!

You can't go island hoping in Greece without stopping at Santorini, so that will be our next stop! We are so excited to experience such a gorgeous and exciting island. There is so much we hope to do and see here and then enjoy a romantic dinner watching the sunset!

We are going to wrap up at Crete, the largest of the Greek isles. We are looking forward to taking in the beautiful beaches like Balos Lagoon and Elafonissi Beach (pink sand!). Crete is another island with so much to do, from snorkeling in crystal clear blue water and taking a cruise around the island, to a variety of wineries that we are excited to try out!
