Hi everyone!

First off, we'd like to say that the time, effort, and expense of traveling to be with us is something we deeply appreciate in our hearts, and we are so thrilled that we will be able to celebrate this happy occasion with you.

Our close family and friends know that we love to travel, and while we have taken many exciting trips together, we are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife.

We knew that we wanted to travel somewhere we'd never been, so after some thought and discussion, we chose Budapest and Trogir to kick off a lifetime of traveling as "Mr. and Mrs."!

We love history, culture, food, and Europe. Central Europe is not an area that either of us have visited, so we know that we are in for some new experiences and good times!

It is because of the lifetime of memories we will gain from this trip that we finally settled on a honeymoon registry. We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come.

We're going to London, Budapest, and Trogir!

Our honeymoon begins when we board our flight to London. Having redeemed our air miles to book a part of our trip, we will be flying from San Diego to London via San Francisco and Calgary, Canada, eh?!

We will spend a few days overcoming our jet lag before we head to Budapest, Hungary. So much to see and do here! The Danube River, Buda Hills, Buda Castle, Szemlohegy Cave, ... Of course, we'll spend quite a bit of time indulging in the food and drink of Hungary as well before relaxing in the Szechenyi Thermal Baths.

After our time in Budapest, we will fly to Trogir, Croatia, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The plan is to visit the Fortress Kamerlengo, take photos along the waterfront promenade, and bask in the warmth of the sun!

Finally, our honeymoon will wind down back in London where we will have a chance to share our adventures with our family and friends.

Szechenyi Baths- After a long day of walking and sightseeing, we will take a much needed soak in the renowned thermal waters of Budapest. The costs include admission, lockers, and a massage!

House of Terror-This museum exhibits the horrors of the "double occupation" of Hungary by the Nazis and the Soviet Union. We know that in addition to the beauty of this country, we also want to witness the dark history of it as well.

Memento Park tour- This is a chance for us to see all of the Commie "greats" including Marx and Lenin-another opportunity to better understand and appreciate Hungary's history.

Danube Bend day trip-This all-day excursion takes us on a cruise along the Danube River where we'll visit the gorgeous old towns of Visegrad, Esztergom and Szentendre.

Danube boat tour-This tour on a glassed-in panoramic boat will take us down the Danube and stop at Margaret Island for a walking tour.

Palvolgyi Caves-What better way to discover the city than from underground? We will admire the unique mineral formations of these underground caves.

Quad Adventures in Trogir-We will ride across mountain trails through the Island Ciovo and arrive at old Prizidnica Monastery. We also ride through the unique Dalmatian bush land and experience the beautiful scenery that the Island has to offer.
