Hello, and welcome to our honeymoon registry! We are so excited to get married and to go on our honeymoon. We have chosen to go to Costa Rica! Yes, as many of you know, we were originally planning on going to Romania. However, we both decided that we wanted to do something more relaxing, more tropical, and involving less travel time. Some of the wonderful things we will be doing while in Costa Rica are visiting the Sloth Sanctuary, going white water rafting, zip lining, hiking up a volcano, and snorkeling.

About Our Honeymoon

The first half of our trip will be spent near Arenal Volcano and the Monteverde cloud forest. The second half of our trip will be spent on the Caribbean coast.

One of the biggest attractions in Costa Rica is the Monteverde Cloud Forest. This will pay for us to take an amazing canopy tour and zipline through the trees.

One of the activities that we really want to do in Costa Rica is white water rafting. Our hotel offers rafting on class III and IV rapids, and it will be seriously intense!

Our next 4 nights we're staying at the Cariblue Hotel in Puerto Viejo. It's another beautiful hotel with private bungalows tucked away in the rainforest.

Of course, if we're going to be on the Caribbean, we have to go snorkeling! Cahuita National Park has an amazing coral reef with lots of beautiful fish to swim with.

We will go on a day trip adventure to the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge. It has unanimous 5 star reviews on tripadvisor, and it is supposed to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Sloth Sanctuary!! One of the main reasons why Molly wanted to go to Costa Rica. The sanctuary takes care of orphaned sloths and rehabilitates injured/sick ones. This tour even lets us do hands-on sloth care!!!!!!!!!

Another hands-on animal interaction we would like to do is at the Jaguar Rescue Center. This place has a ton of local animals like monkeys that you can hold and play with.
