Hi Everyone,

We are so excited to see you in August, and hopefully before! We have been having so much fun planning the wedding and the weekend's events, and we think everything is going to be really wonderful.

When it came to our wedding registry, though, we were kinda at a loss! Alex is involved in a new home furnishings and housewares business, and we live in a tiny (but lovely) apartment in New York (ok, New Jersey), so... when my sis suggested we register for a honeymoon we thought, PERFECT!

We had a really great time going through all of the exciting options for our trip! We thought of everywhere we've ever wanted to go: Fiji, Laos, Turks and Caicos, Acapulco, Santorini... the list goes on! There were so many good options and so much unexplored world out there; it was REALLY hard for us to decide. After lots of going back and forth, and round and round, we finally decided to just go with our gut, get crazy, and honeymoon in... Orlando, Florida!!!! It's got all of the appeal of an exotic foreign tropical destination, it's right in our backyard- what could be better?
Seriously, we are PSYCHED about Disney World. And, hello, the new Harry Potter World is open at Universal! Did we have any other choice?

Also, we took a trip to Orlando together during the first year that we were dating, and we thought it would be fun and pretty special to go back for our first adventure as husband and wife. So, in order to make ourselves feel like we are in a far away land we'll be staying at the Fancy Pants Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, spending a few days at the parks and a few days just chillaxing at the hotel.
