Hi, everyone!

First off, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. The time, effort, and expense of traveling to be with us is something we deeply appreciate, and we're so thrilled that we'll be able to celebrate the big day with you.

Need info on the wedding? Visit our wedding website at www.katieandkeith.wedsite.com

You've probably already guessed that, at this stage in our lives, we're very lucky to already have a lot of the essential home items a newly engaged couple needs (in many cases, a Maryland set and a California set!). It's because of the lifetime of memories we'll take away from this trip that we decided to set up a honeymoon registry. Some of our best moments in the ten years we've known each other have come from our travels, and as we wind up this incredible year together in the Bay Area, we're very much looking forward to our trip to Kauai, our first real adventure as a married couple. We greatly appreciate and will fondly remember these gifts for years to come. After all, the memories from this honeymoon will last a lot longer than a new set of china (especially at our breakage rate...).

We'll do our best to document our experience via photo and include it in your much-deserved "thank you" note.

Thanks again, and we can't wait to see you at the wedding (or earlier!).
Love from Keith and Katie

Unsure of how this works?

It's simple, and there are plenty of options. Just like with a traditional registry, all you do is browse around below for the trip-related items we've registered for and find a gift that resonates with you. Each activity is broken up into portions-- there's really no need for anyone to break the bank on this! Once you've made your selection, please click the "Give Gift" button at the bottom. The site will then direct you to another page and help you complete your transaction. Note that Traveler's Joy doesn't add any fees to your purchase (one of the reasons we went with this company), and that they're a member of the Better Business Bureau. Feel free to check them out directly at www.travelersjoy.com.

We thank you again for your kindness and generosity!

We're going to Kauai!

From Fodor's:
"Even a nickname like "The Garden Island" fails to do justice to Kauai's beauty. Verdant trees grow canopies over the few roads, and brooding mountains are framed by long, sandy beaches, coral reefs, and sheer sea cliffs. Pristine trade winds moderate warm daily temperatures while offering comfort for deep, refreshing sleep through gentle nights."

Sounded good to us for our first visit to Hawaii.

Instead of going the resort route, we've opted to stay on the north shore, which is a bit more remote and home to some amazing beaches and hiking. We've rented a studio cottage in Hanea complete with kitchen and grill, and plan to do some serious cooking out on the lanai during the week.

Keith's itinerary: DIVE. KAYAK. DIVE SOME MORE. ZIP-LINE. HIKE. DIVE.
Katie's itinerary: Hang out on the beach, do a little snorkeling. Get a massage. Repeat.

We're convinced it'll all work out-- it always does. Counting down the days to Our Big Hawaiian Adventure!
