St. Maarten/St. Martin is an is an island in the northeast Caribbean, shared between two nations, thr French and Dutch. Because of this, the island is unique in that the two different sandards of living coexist together on one small island, from language, voltage, and currency.

With its Dutch, French, African, and West Indian hertiage,St. Maarten is well known in the Carribean for its food. From fine dining in the Grand Case to traditional roadside barbecues known as lolos, there's tons of great eateries to choose from. (Great because we luv to eat!)

While in St. Maarten, we plan to do a little island hopping to some of the neighboring islands Anguilla, St, Barths, and Saba.

As you know, we both love an active travel experience with plenty of culture. We have heard great things about the island of St. Maarten and its surronding counterparts. With its clear, blue water beaches, rural quietness, and cultural heritage combined, will make a great honeymonn destination.
