Jason & Clara

September 8, 2012

Hi family and friends!

The big day is almost here! On September 8, 2012 we will finally be getting married! It means the world to be surrounded by people we love on this special day. We can't thank each of you enough for the love and support you've given us during the past five years.

An extra thank you to all those who are traveling a little further to be at our wedding. We sent invitations or save-the-dates to 18 states and 6 different countries. That's quite a travel burden and we're incredibly grateful that you're able to make it.

As you can probably tell from our exquisitely designed invitations (props to the bride), Clara and I love to travel together! Some of our fondest memories are Yellowstone and the Badlands on the road trip out to Seattle, or Denver and Salt Lake on the way back, or Orlando to visit Heather (the maid of honor!), or LA to visit Kim (bridesmaid!), or California to visit Doug (groomsman!). These are lasting memories and we've always looked forward to making more while traveling on our honeymoon someday.

When the time came to assemble the wedding registry, we decided to incorporate our love of travel. After over two years in Seattle, we've been lucky enough to accumulate most of the necessary household amenities (or two in some cases). So instead of the typical registry items, we decided to "register" for pieces of our honeymoon. Below, you can find the fun food, tours, plans, and activities we hope to experience on our honeymoon next year. There is no obligation of course, we're just happy to share our special day and a dream getaway with all of you.

We're going to Rome, Venice, Zurich, and Paris!!

It's the European vacation of our dreams! Rome for four days, Venice for two, Zurich and the rest of Switzerland in three days, and a grand finale in Paris for the remaining five days. We plan to tour to the max, enjoy to the fullest, and probably get lost more than a few times.
