Jennifer & Andy

October 30, 2021

As many of you know, we had BIG plans last year! We wanted to get married October 2020 and take an extended honeymoon and travel for a year. Due to obvious reasons, we couldn't safely celebrate together nor travel. We've successfully pivoted, and now we're living and working in Denver with the apple of our eye, our dog Fey.

We are too nostalgic to erase our registry from last year and we still plan to travel as soon as we can. Below you can read about our dream honeymoon and the registry we created to make it happen.

Friends and Family,

To begin, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. The time, effort, and expense of traveling to be with us is something we deeply appreciate. We are thrilled to celebrate this happy occasion with you.

Having said that, people still ask us about gifts. Because we will continue to travel after the wedding and have nowhere to store gifts anyway, we designed this honeymoon registry. While we have taken many exciting trips together, we are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife.

Should you decide to contribute, we'll, I mean Andy, will do his best to document our experience by taking endless photos. We'll even include one in your much-deserved "thank you" note.

We can't wait to see you at our Hallowedding!

Love,
Jenn & Andy

We're going to South America, Central America, & Mexico!

REGISTRY AND TRIP INFORMATION FROM LAST YEAR:

Known by many as an eclipse chaser, Andy's life goal is to see as many total eclipses as possible since experiencing his first total solar eclipse with his best friend Kevin Arnold in August 2017. After scouring the internet, Andy discovered a total solar eclipse passing over the Andes Mountains on December 14, 2020. With little to no effort, he convinced me the Chilean eclipse should be the first stop on our extended honeymoon. What a perfect excuse for another adventure!

Andy and I are planning on purchasing a one way ticket to South America and traveling north through much of South America, Central America, Mexico, and finally returning home.

With your gift, you can help make our travel dreams a reality!

Jenn and I are both in need of new backpacking backpacks. Jenn's has been in use since she bought it in 2010 while studying abroad in New Zealand and it's time for it to retire. Mine is too big and the chest strap broke.

Andy and I are sick of rain jackets that don't work and needing multiple layers! We need durable, technical jackets for the unpredictable weather in Patagonia and the intense wind in the Atacama Desert. Please help us buy new goretex jackets!

I love volcanos! In Guatemala there are 37 volcanoes and Jenn and I plan to hike at least a few of them. Volcan de Fuego is continuously erupting and it's at the top of our list. We'll even get to camp right next to it, from a safe distance of course.

If we've spoken for more than 20 minutes, my love for waves probably came up. Learning to surf is a life goal and I've been dreaming of doing a surf camp in Nicaragua. Now, I just have to convince Jenn to join me!
