Hi Everyone!
We are so excited to see you all in June on the big day!! Of course the biggest gift is that you all will be with us on our wedding day, but just in case you wanted to get us something more than your presence, you've come to the right place. But seriously, all of you taking the time to travel to Boise and spend time at our wedding is more than we could ask for. We wanted to thank you all so much right now for being so supportive of us as we start our lives as husband and wife!
Some of you may have never seen a honeymoon registry and we weren't even sure this is what we wanted to do. What we have always been sure of is we want our honeymoon to be a trip to remember. Also, as you know, we've been living in sin for the past few years :) so we don't really need all of the house stuff you normally register for when you get married. Don't get us wrong, we would love new everything, but more than stuff we just really want to have a great time on our trip. There are so many things we want to do and see in Belize. That's where you all and this registry come in. You can pick whatever sounds fun to you.
We can't wait to see you all and share our wedding day with you!
Love to you all,
Hannah and Finn
We're going to Belize!
We can't wait to spend our honeymoon in Belize! Although we have picked one of the Cayes as our home base, we plan to explore the beachs and jungles of our destination. Because no one can give a better description of Belize than the Lonely Planet travel guide, I thought I would "borrow" what they have to say about the country. So Lonely Planet, take it away...
"With one foot planted in the Central American jungles and the other dipped in the Caribbean Sea, Belize blends the best of both worlds. Offshore, kayakers glide from one sandy, palm-dotted islet to another, while snorkelers swim through translucent seas, gazing at a kaleidoscope of coral, fish, dolphins and turtles. Inland, explorers investigate ruins of ancient civilizations, and birders aim their binoculars at some 570 species. Between national parks, wildlife sanctuaries and marine reserves, more than 40% of the country’s area is protected in one form or another, creating a haven for countless creatures of land, sea and sky."
