Full Day Kayaking in Kaikoura | We'll rent kayaks and search for the wildlife of the area which can include sperm whales, albatrosses, fur seals, blue penguins, and dusky and Hector's dolphins! This was one of Jeff's must-dos!

Dinners in Kaikoura | Kaikoura is a mecca for seafood lovers, with lots of fresh delicacies to try. Local specialties include grouper, cod, mussels, paua (abalone) and of course the towns namesake – Crayfish (lobster).
