Tuesday, March 19, 2013, Location is D.T. Fleming Beach

You should be parking at 8:45 am, so you can meet David by the Lifeguard Station at 9:00 am.

Shena, the Onsite Coordinator on the beach that day will guide you to the beach location. She can be reached at 808-276-4440 or you can contact David at 818-857-9931 if there are any problems.


The Ceremony starts at 9:30 am


We are not having an official reception, but we will be going to a fun Luau that night at
The Royal Lahaina Resort Luau, in Kaanapali
We got a special rate of $70 per person.

Check in is at 5:00 pm, the Luau starts at 5:30 pm

Directions to the Beach...

You will go North from Lahaina or Kaanapali on the Honoapiilani Highway, you will go past the towns of Kahana and Napili. You will pass Office Road, you can only turn left on Office road, and there will be a sign showing this is the road to the Ritz Carlton, but go past it. Then now you are in the "boonies", right away the road starts to go downhill and the speed slows to 25 mph, you are looking for a state sign on the Right that says Lower Honoapiilani RD. with an arrow, and Plantation Estates Drive with a different arrow, this sign is immediately past mile marker #31. 80 feet past that sign is the left hand turnoff into the D. T. Fleming Beach parking lot, once you turn left into the driveway that leads to the parking lot, you will see another green state sign that says Welcome to D. T. FLEMING BEACH PARK.

Do not leave any valuables in the cars, bring a bottle of water, prepare to go barefoot. It will be a casual ceremony, so we encourage all men to wear their best Hawaiian shirts and all women to wear sundresses.


Directions to the Luau...

The Royal Lahaina Resort, is also off of Honoapillani Highway, on 2780 Kekaa Drive. Turn left onto Kekaa Drive, if you are south of the Royal Lahaina Resort, say in Lahaina or Kaanapali, or turn right onto Kekaa drive if you are staying above the resort up in Kapalua.
