Hi, all,

Thank you for visiting our honeymoon registry! We are looking forward to seeing all of you in NYC in September for our big day, and we really appreciate all of our out of town guests from California, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Colorado, Idaho, New Jersey, Connecticut, France, the UK, Japan, Austria, and around the world for making the trip to NYC. For our friends in NYC, we're happy that you'll be spending your Labor Day weekend with us! While we know a "honeymoon registry" is a bit untraditional, we have planned an incredible trip to Africa that we're very excited about. (Besides, we live in an NYC apartment; so, we don't have much room for second sets of towels and china).

To start our honeymoon, we fly from NYC to Nairobi, Kenya, where we'll spend a day acclimating in the capitol city. Next, we're off to two game reserves in the Masai Mara for five days of safari. After a last night in the Giraffe Manor, just outside of Nairobi, we depart Kenya for South Africa. We fly into Johannesburg and drive to the Sabi Sands Reserve, where we spend two more days on safari. After we've had our fill of lions, giraffes, hyenas, and generally re-enacting The Lion King, we fly to Capetown, where we spend two days exploring the city and its beaches, and then spend two days exploring the vineyards outside the city.

If it sounds like we've packed a lot into 14 days, it's because we have. We're both in our 30s and not getting any younger; so, we're trying to do as much travel as possible while we can! Besides, you only get married once--why not plan your dream trip to Africa? Thanks for helping in making this dream honeymoon a reality!

See you in September,
Chip & Amina
