Thanks so much for being a part of our lives, and our wedding. We're so excited to be getting married, and to share that experience with all of you.
And of course, we are really looking forward to the honeymoon!
So, where to register for the wedding? That was the big question. Both of us really wanted something that was uniquely us, that reflects who we are and what we love to do. Something that would create lasting memories for us, things we can tell our grandchildren about.
As world travelers (and budget-challenged ones, at that), we were so excited to find out we could actually register for our honeymoon. How cool is that?
Your gift will really be the gift of a lifetime! What could be better than helping us create one of the most magical times in our life together? We really like the idea of that a lot more than a new gravy boat.
We are really just happy to have your love and support. But if you do want to send us a gift for the wedding, this is the best possible thing!
We're going to Ireland!
The Plan is to fly out of Austin to Newark and from Newark we head to Belfast, Ireland on a 6 hour flight traveling 3165 miles over the ocean. Day One: Landing in Belfast we'll stop at the first Irish pub and be done... J/K I'm sure they got more than one.,, We'll have our first night stay at the Smorton House in Belfast and do some sight seeing on day two in the city. Day three we'll rise up early and head off along the Irish Antrim coast of the North east shore in our speedy Ford rental for a nice scenic drive. Day three and four we'll visit attractions such as The Giant Causeway, The Carrick bridge, Dunluce Castle. Durring our stay there we'll rest our heads at The Bushmills Valley View B&B. Day five we'll head to Derry and walk around town and stay for the night at The Groarty House. Day six and seven we're really excited because we're headed for the country. Dirt roads, sheep traffic, villages, and green rolling mountains as far as the eye can see. Welcome to Ardara. Staying at the Greengate is no fancy castle, but a small humble abode in a poor man's village. Talk'n about hang'n with the locals.... It's quite quaint and full of character. And of course our last days will be spent at none other than the heart of Ireland, Dublin. Crashing at O'Callaghan's Mont Clare Hotel and leaving for the US on Day Ten. I can't believe it took me 14 lines to talk about our ten day trip to Ireland.... no justice compared to the pictures and videos we've seen. And even thoughs pictures thatweI could feel the irish breezm and smell the green grass doesn't do justice to God's masterpiece he calles Ireland. We can't wait!! Thanks so much!! We'll take tons of pictures!
