Our main goal is to make it to the Redwood Natl. Park. We plan to stay in San Francisco for two night on the way up. In San Fran we plan to go to the aquarium, ride the cable cars and go out to dinner and drinks. After San Fran we will be driving to Smith River which is 10 mins from the border of Oregon and about 15 mins from Redwood Natl. Park. We will be staying at a little B&B called Casa Rubio. It sits right on the beach and has a great view! there is a restaurant within walking distance up the beach that has great seafood. After exploring, hiking, sight seeing, and a little parkour (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour) in the Natl. Park we will be heading to Livermore Ca. Livermore is a small wine town that has a wine bar that Amanda and I would like to visit called the Underdog. It sits on the ConCannon vineyard and is a distributor of Cupcake wines! In Livermore we would also like to take a actual tour of a vineyard. Next on the list is Big Sur! we will will be hiking into the mountains of Big Sur to camp and hike some more. We will be camp for two days, first hiking a few short miles in and finding a campground for the first night and setting up camp before it get to dark. The second night we will me hiking further into the mountains until we find a good place to make camp or until Amanda cant walk anymore. The next day we will hike all the way out and drive to Santa Barbara. In Santa Barbara we will be staying at El Capitan Canyon, the first day we are there we will be Kayaking 3-4 miles to an island where we will have lunch and relax. The second day is our last on the trip so we were thinking massages and a spa day would be at hand after the two weeks of driving, camping, hiking and Amanda having to put up with me. Our last night before we head home we will be stopping at a restaurant called the Stinking Rose. A place known to go a little heavy on the garlic!!!
