To our lovely friends and family,

Matt and I decided to create a honeymoon registry for a number of reasons. From the beginning, our relationship has been built around shared adventures--to Phoenix, Cabo, Palm Springs, San Francisco, and South Africa, just to name a few. We're excited to continue that trend with our Hawaiian honeymoon, where we'll combine sightseeing and adventuring with delicious meals, poolside lounging, and, of course, lots of time talking about how perfect our wedding was and how amazing it was to have you all with us. ;)

Matt and I are also fortunate to already have a beautiful home equipped with most of the items couples traditionally register for. While we created gift registries for the items we need and adore, rather than ask for things we already have or don't really need, we decided to create this registry, which allows you to sponsor some of our vacation activities, from a couples massage to a Hawaiian luau to meals at some of Hawaii's best restaurants. In case you're new to honeymoon registries, here's how it works. Your gift will go to a honeymoon fund, earmarked for a specific activity or item. Matt and I will use those funds for exactly what we've requested, whether a dinner, a sunset cruise, or breakfast in bed. However, if, for example, it rains the night of the luau and it's cancelled, your gift won't be lost, as that gift will still be in the honeymoon fund and we can use it for other adventures instead.
