Hi everyone!

First off, we want to thank our families for for being understanding as we had a tiny wedding with just our immediate families, which was exactly what both of us were hoping for. We are excited to celebrate with everyone when we come home to visit around thanksgiving with our more extended families and friends.

We have already had the chance to gather all of the "essential" home goods that most newly married couples need when they are starting their lives together, so we thought it would be fun to carry on one of Andrew's family traditions of giving experiences instead of gifts. Along that line of thinking we are planning on heading to Hawaii for our honeymoon and "collecting" two of the national parks that we have had our eyes on for a while. We hope you find this registry as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true!

We are still working on our exact itinerary so if you have any recommendations or suggestions we would love to hear them! We hope to take the trip late December/ early January. The only two locked in things at the moment are to visit Maui to see Haleakalā National Park as well as the Big Island to explore Volcanoes National Park.

Kelsey has big plans of thank you notes with pictures that will give little fun windows into our island adventure (Kelsey's hoping we are lucky enough to see whales and some sea turtles). We will also send photos to our moms so that they can share with everyone :D
