Hi everyone!

First off, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. We are thrilled that we will be able to celebrate this occasion with you.

We have been blessed to already have a lot of the "essential" home items a newly engaged couple needs. So, instead, we hope you find this registry as a way to help us make our perfect honeymoon come true! While we have taken many exciting trips together, we are very much looking forward to our first real adventure as husband and wife.

We're going to Italy, Greece, and Turkey on a cruise!

As a lover of theatre, Alisha first suggested we visit Athens, the birthplace of theatre. Willie loved the idea, especially because Greece is also the birthplace of philosophy! So, we decided on exploring Athens as well as the Greek Islands.

After some more research, Willie stumbled upon a spot on Turkey’s western coastline called the Turkish Riviera (Turquoise Coast), right across the Aegean Sea from Greece. It didn’t take too much convincing for Alisha to be on board with Turkey.

We think the destinations we chose are a perfect fit for us. They are ever-so-slightly off the beaten path, while still being accessible to a boy from LA and a girl from KC. Thank you for helping to turn our once-in-a-lifetime dream into a reality.

Bosphorus Cruise -- We will snap pictures of scenic waterfront neighborhoods, forested slopes, and fortresses on a boat ride up the Bosphorus Strait, which flows between Europe and Asia.

Stroll on Pigeon Island -- In the town of Kusadasi on the Turquoise Coast, we'll visit the ruins at nearby Ephesus. But before we do, we'll stop by Güvercinada (Pigeon Island) for a walk alongside the fortress walls and a meal right by the water!
