Hi Friends and Family!
After much debate (and several rounds of changing our minds), we have decided to spend our honeymoon in St. Lucia in the Caribbean. And we are SO excited! It is such a beautiful island, and it's a great compromise as it is both fun and romantic.

Although we have registered at the "usual suspects", we already have a lot of kitchen and dining essentials. Thus, we are registering for honeymoon items as well, so our friends and family can contribute some adventures and memories to one of our most special trips! We are listing a variety of activities and dining experiences in St. Lucia that we are planning, and we hope that you will enjoy choosing something to contribute.

Thank you for joining in our celebration of our marriage and future together. We look forward to seeing you in Charleston in May!

Kristi and Ziga

We're going to St. Lucia!

Here is our itinerary (as it stands currently) for our trip to St. Lucia:

Night 1: Ladera (www.ladera.com)

Ladera is a resort located up in the mountains in the south-western portion of the island, south of Soufriere. The suites here overlook a famous landmark, the two mountain peaks known as the Pitons. One unique feature- the rooms only have 3 walls! This will be an ultra-luxurious place to start our honeymoon!

Night 2-8: Brigand Hill (www.brigandhill.com)

Brigand Hill is a beautiful house just north of Soufriere on the western coast of the island. There, we will have our own private chefs (one of whom gives a "mean" massage for $25) and basically, the run of the house for a week! This will be our jumping off point for a lot of the activities we have listed in our honeymoon registry. And we start our stay here on my birthday!

Night 9-12: Calabash Cove (www.calabashcove.com)

Calabash Cove is located at the northern part of the island, north of the capital city of Castries. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing infinity pool that runs off into the ocean! A nice, romantic place to spend the last few nights of our honeymoon!
