We are looking forward to being back in the US, now as husband and wife. While walking around New York City, we will visit all of our favorite shops that we've missed since living in Sydney. We will culture ourselves for a day by visiting museums. Since it will be Winter, we will go ice skating in Rockefeller Center, and cozy up in a blanket while riding around Central Park in a horse-drawn carriage. We want to enjoy some amazing cuisines at famous restaurants and indulge ourselves with wine and dessert each night.

After our return to Sydney and with a little more time for planning, we would like to take another trip to a destination that is closer to our current home. Tasmania boasts to have the cleanest air, freshest water, and Australia's largest temperate rainforest. It has magnificent untouched wilderness areas with rushing whitewater rivers and trees thousands of years old. Here, we really want to get back to nature and go on some amazing hikes in the rainforest, along mountain ridges, and on pristine beaches.
