Even for many years before we met, marriage has been a hope long desired by both Leigh and I.
On the road, many of you have hoped and prayed alongside us, nurturing, encouraging and investing in the individuals we've become. Good relationships are hard work, but ours has yielded rich rewards because of the loving kindness and patience many of you have shown and modeled for us.

We recognize that our relationship is a composite portrait fashioned by God and influenced by each one of the friends and family members He has blessed us with. Each of you have shared a part of yourselves and some unforgettable memories with us. It is for this reason that we are honored to celebrate with you on October 11, 2009 the joining of two pilgrims uniting as one to share in Life's greatest journey, together.

In similar fashion, we chose this honeymoon style registry because we want always to remember those who have helped us on in our journey. Rather than just looking at individual items that will wear away or break down with time, we wanted to offer the opportunity to remember the collage of remarkable people that have given us an incredible start to our marriage. This honeymoon will be a gift from all of you that will remind us of all that the Lord has provided so that it might never fade from our hearts and memory throughout the many years we celebrate together.

We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for each of you as we remember you in our prayers, holding you close in our hearts.
