Hi Everyone & Welcome to our Honeymoon Registry!

We are really excited about our wedding and look forward to seeing everyone in September! After tons of planning and great ideas, we can't wait to start our journey together traveling throughout Italy and Greece! When thinking about the idea of "registering" we immediately knew there wasn't a need for household items as we've maintained our own households for some time, and will have to consolidate what we do have. So the idea was presented to us of creating something that was meaningful and unique...What could possibly be more meaningful to us than the memories we will create together on our honeymoon? This special trip will last a lifetime in our hearts and will be the beginning of many more we will share with our daughters!

So, here it is...our honeymoon registry! Whether it be wine tasting in Florence, our hotel in Rome or Venice, a massage at the Spa, exploring the romantic island of Santorini, climbing to the Parthenon, or shopping in the Plaka, any gift you give towards helping us make these memories will really be truly appreciated and something we will ALWAYS remember. We'll be taking lots of pictures to send you in our thank yous!

We're going to Italy and Greece!

"Ah, Venice" and Rome and Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos...and I could keep going. Having only seen these cities through the eyes of others and the lens of many cameras, I have longed to venture out to see the places where gods walked and empires erupted. I have waited to share this with the woman who has inspired me in so many ways and has changed my life. A trip worthy of the gods themselves...traveling with a goddess helps too. So, our "Oddessy" begins in May 2010 hearing that Spring was the best time of year to visit....and the anticiptation is growing deeper as the time grows near!

HOTEL CASTILLO DELLA CASTELLUCIA... When we touch down in the eternal city to start our honeymoon, we will travel back in time to the 12th century. One night in a real medieval castle that has been transformed into a hotel...wow!

TAXI.... After the long flight a cab to the castle is needeed. Can't drive a chariot anymore so I guess we'll take a cab into the city and back. It's a good thing with all the Italian wine we'll be drinking.

When in ROME... Into the city we go and walk everywhere to see EVERYTHING! The Spanish steps, become Caesar in the Colosseum, stare in jaw dropping wonder at the heavens of Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel, maybe even put our feet in the Trevi Fountain!

First stop...MONTE CARLO! Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams...I'm not a big fan of guided tours so Jason and I will venture out into the narrow pathways of the Old City of Monaco and visit a 13th century Royal Catherdral: St. Nicholas.

WINE TASTING TOUR... Our first time going wine tasting - and in Italy.. WOW!!!! I think we picked a good spot to start. We will tour two well known vineyards and have a home prepared lunch...right out of a movie!
