Aloha Everyone!

Antoine and I love to travel. We first met traveling (separately) to an amazing summer camp called the Bar 717 Ranch. Once we arrived we did not have to travel too far to see many incredible places like Gates Mountain, Corral Creek, Inspiration Point. We hold so many memories of camp as campers, kitchen crew and counselors. In different ways, it changed our lives immensely. Branching out from camp we have been able to take incredible trips to Florida and different places in Mexico. As many of you know, we always come back with adventure stories, and we are really excited for our honeymoon in Maui, though we are hoping for a more mellow week of relaxation. We know we will make so many incredible memories and we feel so fortunate that you will help us create a whole new set of adventures and stories we will remember and cherish.

We're going to maui!

We have a week in Maui! We are staying at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua for four nights. We plan to live it up and try as many new things as possible! We are most excited to take a helicopter around the island, take a sunset cruise, do the zipline at Kapalua and check out many of the island's restaurants, especially Roys and the Banyan Tree. From the Ritz we are going to a Maui Retreat Center which is on the Road to Hana. We will have three days to visit the waterfalls, black sand beaches and try all the tropical fruit and the fresh fish (at Mama's Fish House)!

Parasailing! While we plan to spend a lot of time on the beach, we cannot wait to soar hundreds of feet above the spectacular Kaanapali coastline.

Teralani Sailing. We plan to start one evening by taking a sunset cruise on a catamaran that will sail around Ka'anapali Beach.

The new Ka'anapali zipline! a four hour tour will take us on a nice hike and then we will glide (and christy will scream) above waterfalls and green valleys.

Ali'i Kula Lavender. This lavender farm is a must see from Christy and Antoine. Lavender remind us of the place we met (the bar 717 ranch) where it grows wildly and in abundance and we are very excited to see the different ways Maui uses it.

Helicopter Tour. It seems like half of our trip, once we get to Maui, will still be in the air. We are excited to see all the lush greenery of the island.

Tedeshi Vineyards. One day we will drive to Upcountry for a wine and cheese afternoon. While we love a good red wine we cannot wait to try their pineapple wine.

Rental Car. Antoine and Christy will begin their honeymoon by staying a night in Paia before heading out to explore all the beautiful waterfalls along the Road to Hana. For this expedition we would love to rent a car for our stay in Maui.

Old Lahaina Luau. It is Antoine's first time in Maui. I think I was 10 when my parents took me and Jeff to Maui, so in a sense, it will be a new experience for both of us. Therefore, we have to see the best luau in Maui with many Mai Tais!
