Who wants to help make the photo for the 2011 Christmas card happen?

As you know, we love to travel. As you also know, we have also been together for 13 years and, consequently, have any number of very nice household things. Put those two factors together and we thought it might be appropriate to register here in case anybody felt like supporting us on our next travel adventure.

For our honeymoon we are taking our legal New Hampshire marriage someplace where it is decidedly illegal: Dubai and the Persian Gulf. Of course, it would be illegal in Florida, too, so if you are going to go, why not go big, right?

After our tenth anniversary trip to Morocco (perhaps one of the most fabulous places ever, and where we still want to recruit a number of you to go with us), we are excited to explore another part of the Muslim world with its richness of history, beauty and hospitality. Marty is looking forward to going someplace where, once again, he will be taken for a local; Michael is anxious to be taken considered a German tourist once more.

About our journey:
We will leave NH the week after the wedding bound for the Emirate of Dubai. After spending a couple days exploring the "Las Vegas of the Middle East" (and who can resist such an oxymoron?), we will board the Brilliance of the Seas for a cruise that will take us to Muscat in Oman, the Emirate of Fujairah, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

You can expect plenty of photo ops, and we will do our best to keep you updated on our status along the way. We have listed below some of the experiences we want to share with you
