Welcome -

As you probably know (and can see from our photos), we love to travel and we are excited to add a new country to the places we've traveled to together. We thought that Italy would be a perfect place for a honeymoon; we get a chance to relax, eat some great food, tour the country-side and also get to see the great works of art and architecture in Florence and Rome. As you know, Herman loves to plan while Kathleen loves to wing it - wait, sorry, other way around! Oh well, given that this is our honeymoon, we agreed that it would be great to have this trip be well planned and researched so we can enjoy every minute without any stress. Most of this registry represents that planning.

If you would prefer, we would also like to offer the option of making a donation to Self Empowerment through EDucation (SEED) at http://seedofknowledge.org. SEED is the scholarship fund that we helped to found and where we both currently sit as members of the executive board. SEED provides 'full-ride' scholarships to smart, dedicated young people in Zambia who otherwise wouldn't be able to further their education.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our marriage!

Love,
Kathleen and Herman
