Sunscreen The ozone layer is thinner is Australia which does not bode well for our freckled groom. SPF 1000 please! We'll (or at least Matt) need copious amounts of aloe to heal... and some zinc.

Manly Bike Rental It wouldn't be proper for Matt to go 2 weeks without riding a bike! Help us tour famous Manly beach from the seat of a bike.

Romantic breakfast in bed We'll wake up with smiles on our faces knowing that breakfast is about to be served...in bed! What a romantic way to start the day!

Christmas Dinner Jennifer will be utilizing all of her acquired culinary skills to create a masterpiece for our first Christmas dinner.

Dinner at Tetsuya's We continue our tradition of fine meals on New Year's Eve. Help us enjoy the delights of Australia's best restaurant (and 17th in the world!)

A champagne toast to begin our meal at Tetsuya's. Jennifer and Bubbly go hand in hand.

A day of sailing and exploring the Great Barrier Reef. This tour even sets us down on a small island an leaves us alone.

The Sydney Fish Market. If any of you saw the pictures from our trip to Montreal then you will relish the pictures that Jennifer will take of this market. I relish the fresh lobster and other goodies we will find and devour.

Swimming the with the dolphins in Rockingham. These playful dolphins spend their days swimming with the curious humans in this harbor just south of Perth.

I'm not sure if we'd be able to live with ourselves if we came back having not tried to surf in Australia. Help us learn how to stand up and catch a wave.

Travelling inside Oz will be a cinch thanks to the Virgin Blue Air Pass. This will help us go from Sydney to Cains to Perth, and back to Sydney.

Quay West Bunker Bay Resort. We will be spending Christmas here at this dreamy quiet resort. Our first Christmas will always be memorable, especially since the rest will most likely be COLD!

In order to be responsible to the earth, our fellow citizens, and future children, we are offsetting our carbon emissions for all segments of this trip. This includes all flights and car rentals. We used Be Green.

Our stay in Sydney will be our final part of the honeymoon where we will ring in the new year 15 hours ahead of when we normally would. We have selected the Radisson Hotel and Suites for location and amenities... like a kitchen! (hint hint Jennifer)

While in Western Australia we will be driving down to the world famous Margaret River wine region. We will be taking a tour through some of the fantastic wineries in this area, including a brewery and chocolate factory.
