Hello Everyone!

First and foremost we would like to thank you for visiting our registry site, and for helping us start off this new chapter of our lives with a bang.

We are blessed to have most everything we need in our home already. As we hope to purchase a new home shortly after the wedding, the less things we need to pack up and move, the better! So we decided to register our honeymoon to Iceland. Yes you did read that correctly, we said Iceland! Why Iceland you may ask? We are adventurous that's why. Who does not want to go hiking in an ice cave, see the northern lights, visit the blue lagoon (aka one of the most epic swimming pools in the world), see Icelandic wild horses, drive the golden circle, and visit Reykjavik . Iceland is said to be staggeringly beautiful . Every turn you make, a waterfall, glacier, lava field, or mountain range can be in your view. Living in Florida we have the opportunity to go to the beach any time we want, so we decided to go in the opposite direction!

Last but not least we can't forget about the traditional Icelandic sweater or Lopapeysa. Possibly the worlds ugliest (and itchiest) sweater. I assure you that we will each own one by the time we return home. Go ahead and crown us ugly sweater contest winners from here to eternity.

Thank you again for all the love and support you have given us, each in your own way. We hope to see you all in February so that we can celebrate the best day of our lives surrounded by friends and family.

We're going to Iceland!

This classic, self driving tour around Iceland’s “Ring Road” offers winter nature at its very best. Along with a detour to the magical Snæfellsnes Peninsula, you’ll visit spectacular natural attractions like powerful waterfalls, hot springs in moonlike surroundings, majestic glaciers, iceberg lagoons, volcanic beaches and more. And with accommodations in rural areas—far from city lights, you’ll also have some opportunities to see the northern lights.
