Can a Traveler's Joy registry be used for any destination? How do I book my travel?
Yes, you can register for any destination you choose. Traveler's Joy is not a travel agency, we provide the registry service only. You are free to book the honeymoon wherever you find the best deal.
How do I cancel my account?
You can de-activate your account by logging in, clicking "Edit Account Info" and setting "Account is Active?" to "No". An inactive account has a disabled registry page and is removed from all searches and directories. No one will be able to find, view, or otherwise interact with the registry page of an inactive account.
If you wish to fully remove your registry from our system, please email us the answer to your security question. If you forget what your security question is, email us with the primary name on the account and we'll respond with the question. Only accounts that have received no gifts can be totally removed. Because of Federal regulations if you have received gifts and redeemed them, we need to keep your account accessible. You can, however, make it inactive as described above.
Why is my Traveler's Joy registry not appearing in WeddingChannel.com searches?
Your Traveler's Joy registry should automatically appear in WeddingChannel.com searches. If you just registered with us, please wait for 24-36 hours as we send WeddingChannel.com a new member feed on a nightly basis. If you still do not see it after that time, please let us know and we will investigate.
If your Traveler's Joy registry is appearing on WeddingChannel.com but it's not linked to your other wedding registries, it may be because all of the information is not matching up exactly. You can link registries together by logging in your WeddingChannel.com account and use the "Manage Your Registries" tool under the "Registry" tab.
I can't log in! How do I recover a forgotten password?
Please note:
- Passwords are case-sensitive. This means upper and lowercase matter. Make sure "Caps Lock" is off on your keyboard.
- If you are copying/pasting your password into the field, try typing it in manually.
- Your web browser must accept cookies to authenticate your login.

You'll be prompted to answer your security question and if answered correctly, a new password will be sent to your email address.
For gift givers - is the wedding couple immediately notified of gifts?
Yes, our system automatically alerts the wedding couple via email of a gift as soon as a gift is given. You do, however, have the ability to mark gifts as "anonymous" during the gift transaction process. The wedding couple will still be notified they received a gift but they will not know who provided it until you notify them.
