From our wedding website: "Although Kate is less than thrilled at the prospect of 20+ games at Target Field each summer, and Aaron groans at the thought of watching hockey, they can both agree that attending 43 Timberwolves games is a great idea! Aaron still hates Kate's cat, Jasper, but they both adore their silly greyhound, Basil. They like to spend time in the great outdoors, and Kate only marginally complains when Aaron wants to climb a mountain. Aaron listens to Kate's many stories, and she will occasionally let him talk. Thanks to Kate's family, Aaron is increasing his tolerance for red meat, and thanks to Aaron's, Kate is learning the peculiar subculture of Minnesota Lutheranism (including her role on the church softball team). The two share an appreciation for urban living (Aaron may or may not own a pair of skinny jeans) and a deep love for all things Minnesotan. They are committed to commuting by bike as often as possible and have each put hundreds of miles on their bicycles this summer. They're both bleeding heart liberals. Perhaps most importantly, they are pretentious beer snobs who love exploring the growing craft beer scene in the Twin Cities. And generally speaking, they get along pretty well."

We are looking forward to taking a trip together to Hawaii-- a perfect mix of big adventures and lazing on the beach!
