Before anything else, we have to tell you just how excited we are right now. You are about to help us make some major dreams come true, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Honestly, we're having to pinch ourselves right now that we get to do this. As you know, it's been a long time coming for us to actually tie the knot (but we're finally making it happen!!!) and the most important thing to us is the life we experience together. (Not to get all cheesy on you). We sincerely love exploring cities together and our dream is to travel to as many places as we can together.
You're giving us the kickstart to this dream.
Brianne has been obsessed with Paris since she knew what Paris (and who Audrey Hepburn) was. If you want to know the truth, she's giddy like a school girl right now that she FINALLY gets to go to Paris. The #1 gift she wanted was a stamp in her passport, and I'll tell you what there couldn't be a more perfect first stamp.
If you don't know our story, keep reading below. But if you're super familiar with us, we don't want to bore you with our mushy details, <wink>, feel free to keep scrolling and see what awesome adventures we hope to partake in during our Paris excursion. You are welcome to choose more than one activity to participate in because, frankly, it's super fun! Thank you in advance for your gift, your support, your love and your well wishes for our future together. We couldn't ask for a better way to start our marriage and we're so honored to have you be a part of it.

OUR STORY:
I met Bradley at one of his shows, specifically the one at Lola's Room in Portland, OR. He was short (and he still is), had (still has) great hair (I call it Aladdin hair), charismatic (I suppose this is still a thing... just kidding! Of course), had cue cards for the audience (which was hilarious), a sweaty mess from running all over the stage (he works super hard) and a full-on rock star persona.
To be honest, when I first met him I didn't much like him. He was gregarious and crude... except for I still felt drawn to him for some reason. I can't explain it, but I still did. I mean, it could've been the hair (Aladdin hair is the best hair).
Very shortly after we met, he asked me to come sing/record on his album, "Burn What You Can, Bury the Rest". I didn't know really any of the songs yet, but I was thrilled at the idea of getting to sing on the album and when I did, I felt like we hit gold. I've never in my life heard two voices blend so beautifully, (every time we sing together it feels magical - I'm serious).
Naturally, he was instantly taken, which always surprises me that I ended up asking him out first. I told you! I was just drawn to this man...and apparently couldn't help myself. We went to the pumpkin patch, and it was super cute, that night we had our first kiss (Bradley was so nervous to kiss me! He later told me it was because he didn't want to scare me away, he already liked me so much - isn't that too precious?? Love him - obviously...).
The next few years feel like a blur, but we were pretty much inseparable. We started playing shows together, he helped me record my first album, then he helped me record my second album, we kept playing lots of shows, traveled A TON and then I helped him record his second album...he even helped me ride the bus for the first time. No joke, as dorky as it is, I was so nervous to ride the bus to work the first time, so he rode with me to help learn the "bus ways" and then he met me after work to make sure I got home safe. (That's still one of my absolute favorite memories).
When he proposed this past Christmas, I had no idea it was coming. Earlier in the year I thought he might and then he didn't... so I was seriously in the dark. When I opened my present Christmas night, at first I didn't get it. I saw the last name Wik on the Aaron Rodgers (Packers) jersey and thought to my self, why would he give me a jersey with HIS name on it? Rude. HAHAHA! (Oh bother...) Finally, it started to register, I saw my name with his last name, I saw the yellow post it with the most perfect and sweetest drawn question mark on the side...I looked up at him and with anxious eyes he asked quickly, "Brianne will you marry me?"
I then proceeded to cry for about 3 hours...yep. 3. Of course I said yes right away, although I had to stop crying first to get the word out. I felt so many emotions there's no way I could describe it to you, but it was perfect. He told me he wanted to make Christmas as special to him as it was to me, and that made me cry even harder. (Christmas is my favorite holiday/time of year/Season/ you name it).
I can't wait to be able to say he's my husband and I'm his wife. It's been a long time coming, but it's well worth the wait.
