Welcome to our honeymoon registry! We are going to Vietnam for our honeymoon and are so excited! Our goal is to have both city time and some beach time, and still learn and experience a new culture. Vietnam seems like the perfect place for all that.

We're starting in Hanoi and ending up in Saigon, with a few stops in between.

Our trip starts in Hanoi!
We'll stay at the beautiful Hanoi Hilton Opera, visit the markets, do tons of walking, and a lot of eating. We'll also see some water puppet theatre.

From here we'll head up to Halong Bay.
We'll spend 2 days on a boat cruising around the beautiful islands, with kayaking and snorkeling and plenty of drinking.

From there we'll go to Hoi An.
We'll see the merchants' houses and other really old stuff, and will sample tons of street food. Dave hopes to get his second custom-made Asian suit (his first was in Bangkok).

Next we'll fly into Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon).
We'll visit Cho Lon "the big market" and the War Remnants Museum. We'll admire the French Colonial architecture. We'll have some good French food and take a day trip to the Mekong River Delta.

From there we'll got to Mui Ne.
The final stop on our honeymoon will be four days on the beach with hopefully lots of sun!

We'll drive back to Saigon and catch our flight back to the US!
