Hi Everyone!

Thanks for visiting our honeymoon registry page. We are looking forward to seeing everybody in San Diego this coming June for our wedding. It will be wonderful to have all of our friends and family there to share it with us. We really appreciate all of the out-of-towners who are planning to attend, and we hope you'll enjoy "America's Finest City" as much as we do.

Receiving the gift of an incredible honeymoon is much more important to us than receiving a new blender or a fancy espresso machine. Traveling has been part of our life together as a couple and we've had some wonderful experiences exploring the world. We believe that if you can travel together then you can make it through anything together! Life, as with travel, always presents you with challenging and unexpected situations. During our travels we have had our car towed off of a volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii at 12,000 feet above sea level, we have wandered the souks in Marrakesh, Morocco in 100-degree heat, we've navigated the narrow roads of Ireland, and have run maniacally through the Madrid airport, barely catching a flight. Those experiences convinced us that no matter what, the two of us could get through any situation with logic, laughter and love!

Our honeymoon is a very important and exciting adventure for us as it marks the start of our new life together as husband and wife. We chose to travel to Panama and Peru as we have never been to Central or South America together. Additionally, hiking the Inca Trail is a goal of ours, so what better time to fulfill our dream than right at the start of our marriage?

June 23rd-24th:
Fly from Los Angeles to Panama City, Panama (which departs at 1:00am! We'll be sleepy...)

June 25th-July 1st:
6 nights in a rustic overwater bungalow at the Coral Lodge on the coast of Panama near the San Blas Islands

July 2nd:
Fly from Panama City to Lima, Peru

July 4th-July 11th:
Four nights in Cuzco, Peru, which will help us to acclimatize at about 13,000 feet before our 4-day trek to Machu Picchu (plus Melanie's birthday on July 5th!!!)

July 12th-July 17th:
Fly to Iquitos in the northern Amazon region of the country and explore the jungle on an Amazon riverboat excursion!

July 18th:
Fly back to Los Angeles and begin "married life"!
