Hello all. Welcome to our honeymoon registry!
As you know Anthony and I are not a standard couple. We have been dating for 8 years and have been living together for 4. Over those 4 years we have gathered all the housewares, linens, and cooking gear (we are obsessed with cooking) we can fit in our very small, yet quaint, city apartment. So we thought a classic bridal registry wouldn't work for us.
Traveling and gathering new experiences is our passion so when we found travelers joy we were so excited. We have complied a list of dream adventures Anthony and I would like to accomplish on our honeymoon. The registry allows you to give these experiences as gifts- So instead of a serving plate you can buy us swimming with dolphins in Southern New Zealand or champagne for the first night of our honeymoon in Auckland.
The memories of this trip will be worth more than you can imagine. We have taken many exciting trips but this will be our first trip as husband and wife! I, Kassena, am excited to tell people my husband would like room service :). When we are old and gray we won't be talking about the cool blender we got, we'll be talking about the cave exploration in NZ which, maybe you, will give us for our honeymoon. We will appreciate and fondly remember these gifts for the rest of our lives.

We're going to New Zealand!
We are so excited for the adventure of a lifetime. After much deliberation we decided that we will be visiting only New Zealand instead of Australia and New Zealand. This way we can take the time to see the real New Zealand. We will be starting the trip in Auckland, the capital at the top of the north island and making our way by car and ferry to the bottom of the south island. Stopping along the way for hiking, caving, wine touring, dolphin swimming, hang gliding, sledging, and mountain biking. We will spend the last five days hiking across the Milford Track, said the be "the finest walk in the world". It is extremely remote and beautiful. Then back to reality.
During the whole trip we hope to do some amazing and once and a lifetime experiences. We are also leaving room for some unplanned and spontaneous activities. We are so excited and can't wait to see this beautiful country.
