Thanks for visiting our honeymoon registry. We are looking forward to seeing everybody in North Carolina in September. It will be wonderful to have all of our friends and family there to share this special day with us. We especially appreciate all of our friends and family that live outside of North Carolina who are planning to attend. We hope you'll enjoy the Appalachian mountains as much as we do.

As we began planning the wedding, we realized that our house is full of every great kitchen gadget and household appliance, so we decided that we wanted to celebrate our love with a honeymoon that will create memories for a lifetime. We hope that you, our family and friends, will celebrate us on our wedding day by helping us realize a dream honeymoon that we will reminisce about for the rest of our lives together.

Jicaro is a secluded island getaway, ideal for honeymooners or an out of the ordinary romantic vacation. Our stay at Jicaro allows for a perfect combination of relaxing in our casita, revitalizing at the wellness center, and actively exploring the flora and fauna that this tropical paradise has to offer.

We can only anticipate a day beginning with yoga, leading into time on our private hammock, kayaking at sunset, and concluding with a candlelight dinner on a floating deck on the lake!

The isletas of Lake Nicaragua are an unexplored destination and we will be among the first ones to explore the magic of this very special place because the resort just opened in 2010!

Our very own casita welcomes us with lake views and within a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and wellness center.
