Formally a British colony and located in Central America, Belize is bordered by Mexico, Guatemala and the Caribbean Sea. This tropical paradise is approximately 180 miles long, 68 miles wide and also consists of over 200 cayes (islands), varying in size and located within the Great Barrier Reef.
