Dinner at Barefoot Cay on our first night in Roatan.
The celebration continues with champagne brunch on the beach!
Lobster dinner (cilantro lime lobster that is) on the second night at local Roatan restaurant, Dian's Garden of Eat'n. After all the eating, we will water taxi back to Barefoot Cay and get a good night's rest for the next day's activities.....
Zip lining: a swift sightseeing ride through the rain forest attached to safety cable and harness.
A trek through the rain forest - we will be on the lookout for howler monkeys!
A tour around the Cay in kayaks, or perhaps if we are feeling energized, a paddle from the Cay to Roatan.
A surf lesson - so we can brush up on the surfing skills we learned together in Mexico.
A night in our own private villa on the beach. We will be able to fall asleep to the lapping waters of the Caribbean (and hopefully mosquito free)!
Swimming with the dolphins - Rob cannot wait!
A day trip to neighboring Bay Island Guanja.
A day trip to neighboring island Utila, known for their whale sharks!
