Welcome to our honeymoon registry! The countdown is on for our February 27, 2010 wedding date and we couldn't be more excited! Nothing makes us happier than to share our special day with our family & friends traveling from both near and far, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of it!

Although we have had the opportunity to do quite a bit of a traveling in the western U.S. together, it has all been on business and never completely a vacation. So when we thought about where to travel on our first real vacation together--OUR HONEYMOON--there were 4 things we agreed this destination must have: sunshine, palm trees, snorkeling, & plenty of "umbrella" drinks! The romantic island of Maui and the beautiful Royal Lahaina Resort on Kaanapali Beach seemed like the perfect place!

When we were trying to decide where to register, we heard about this site and thought it would be a fun way to get our guests involved with our honeymoon planning! Not only will we be beginning our married lives together on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, we'll know that it's our friends and families who helped us get there. Below you'll find an assortment of activities that we've chosen together to make our honeymoon experience truly memorable. If you'd like to give us a gift for our wedding, we'd love it if you'd contribute to an activity/item of your choice.

We did also register at Bed, Bath, & Beyond and at Sears for some more conventional items that we can call "ours", so you're welcome to take a peek there if you prefer. We thank you for any contribution to help us make a home together, whether with memories or the more traditional things that will make our everyday lives a little brighter.

We are so blessed to have the most wonderful families and friends! Thank you for sharing this special time in our lives with us!

Maui, Hawaii

Set amidst 27 tropical acres, the Royal Lahaina Resort on the Hawaiian island of Maui enjoys a prime beachfront location along an exclusive half-mile stretch of Kaanapali Beach. Complete with all the ammenities a resort can offer including restaurants/bars, pools, snorkeling, spa treatments, parasailing, etc., we will truly find relaxation and fun!

We're looking forward to exploring the "Magic Isle" of Maui, whether it's standing above the clouds high atop the 10,000 foot peak of Haleakala Crater, counting the waterfalls outside the car window as we drive the winding Hana highway, or spending the day browsing through the historic town of Lahaina, we know this is going to be a honeymoon we will treasure forever!

Snorkeling at Molokini Crater - Voted one of the most popular dive and snorkel sites in the world. Since I'm terrified of scuba diving, this is as close to the little fishies as we can get!

Horseback Riding - Let's bring out our inner cowgirl & cowboy! This narrated tour allows us to view some of Maui's largest waterfalls, its lush rainforests, and ends with a sunset ride along the beach.

Skydiving - The only time on our honeymoon when we will be clinging to people other than each other! Tandem, of course, and what better place to skydive than over the beautiful Hawaiian islands.

Maui Fishing Charter - Probably my only opportunity to enjoy a good book while Adam fulfills his dream of fishing for yellowfin tuna in the Hawaiian Pacific. :)

1 Day Rental Car - The only way to truly see the island of Maui, off-roading in a Jeep! Of course that would bring on my motion sickness, so how about just the jeep and we'll leave the off-roading to the professionals!
